Please Lord,

I would like this to be the current route for the Bruce Highway through the township of Cleveland.

  • Starting at the merge of Old Cleveland Road and Moreton Bay Road.
  • Then along Moreton Bay Road to the intersection of Moreton Bay Road, Old Cleveland Road, Old Cleveland Road East and Finucane Road.
  • Then along Old Cleveland Road East to the intersection Old Cleveland Road East and Birkdale Road
  • Then along Birkdale Road to the round about of Birkdale Road and Quarry Road.
  • Then along Quarry Road from the round about of Birkdale Road and Quarry Road to the end of the E.G.W Wood bridge at Tingalpa Creek.

And Old Cleveland Road from the Moreton Bay Road merge to the intersection of Old Cleveland Road, Old Cleveland Road East and Finucane Road to be known as the Old Bruce Highway and to get the route number of alternate A1.

Moreton Bay Road from the Old Cleveland Road merge to the intersection of Mount Cotton Road and Moreton Bay Road to get the route number of M1.

The rest of the Bruce Highway through Cleveland to get the route number of A1.
