At a prior job,lots of really weird strange stuff happened yes but some caight on and moved on quick, some were let go for things that made folks thing umm was that nessesary , in the time since it turned out to not be a firable offtense ,not the best but not the worsr,and certain things we wee tild were required or well..turned out to be optional,.seems like owner denies tjings and boss well some of em.scared..realized how did people survive, like being on egg shells he should have not ignored certain things why the place is choaotic now ,troubke makers ruined it, ,folk that lefy nevrr got resolution , some tried yo turn folks agaisnt each other the truth came out in some cases praying the truth will clear with some, resolutioms with some
Heavenly Father, we lift up the heart and words of this person before You. You know the confusion, pain, and unrest that took place in that workplace. We pray for healing where there has been hurt, for truth where there has been misunderstanding, and for peace where there has been turmoil. Lord, bring clarity, restoration, and fairness to every situation mentioned. Let those who were treated unjustly find closure, and let those still there experience Your wisdom and calm. Yez many never got rezolution,but they dont say much, except to certain folks, ive met a few ,or some that kniw em,i didnt get resolotution, ive gotten a few answers, many that worked with me quit cause they were uncomfortabke or were let, some of the ones were let go, always fekt strange, some customets say they dont come likey used to say something seemed odd bout the place,sadly some bullies that the owner revered, speead lies about people that were not true, so a few folks i used to be close with i think one feels its too late to talk to me, its not, the other is to scared of the bully she doesnt like the bullies but hung with em at times for fear of harassment, praying
Em, and holly, are two people,the bullies spread lies, others too scared, i wish theyd ask, one bully is ems mom that she even tore em down,em oftem tries to have other friendships, holly tries to give folks benifit of douubt and hear both sides but it seems shes vonfised, id like the truth, also doug d to understand why i avoid and dont truzt people,tho doug d doesnt like to confront certain folks
