heal my anxieties and depression and bad memories and my fears and worries fill me with the holy spirit
Heavenly Father, I come before You on behalf of this person, who is seeking Your comfort and healing. Lord, You know their heart, their struggles, and every burden they carry. I lift up their anxieties, depression, bad memories, fears, and worries into Your loving and capable hands. Father, heal them completely, mind, body, and spirit. Release them from the chains of anxiety and the weight of depression that try to hold them down. Wipe away every painful memory that continues to cause hurt, and calm every fear and worry with the assurance of Your peace.
Fill them with the power and presence of the Holy Spirit, Lord. Let Your Spirit be their comforter, counselor, and strength. May they feel Your love so deeply that all darkness fades away. Replace their pain with joy, their fear with courage, and their doubts with unwavering faith in You. Surround them with Your light and guide their steps, so that they may walk in confidence and trust. Remind them that Your plans for them are good and full of hope (Jeremiah 29:11). I ask this prayer in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen.

Please help this person bring themselves into the awareness that it is our perceptions that lead us into misaligned emotional states.
Depression comes from our misguided feelings of our past
Anxiety comes from our misguided emotions of our future.
Remember where there is a story of Fear, there can be at story you tell yourself of courage. Where there is Guilt, there can forgiveness. Where there is Grief, there can understanding. Where there is desire, there can be neutrality.
God I pray that you help change the emotions (stories that you tell yourself/narratives) so that you can live a life more in truth. That the stories we tell can be of forgiveness, compassion, understanding, love, joy, and peace. 
Wisdom fill this person now and when the thought comes in this persons mind may you remind them that they get to choose what emotion to attach the story too.
