I humbly ask anyone who reads this message to please kindly pray alongside me. I have been struggling with inflammation in my throat, leading to very painful sensations. Chronic dryness, tightness, a lump feeling, as well as muscle spasms that make it feel as if I am choking. The pain is severe and has been ongoing for a day over a week. I desperately want to feel healed, and have all symptoms gone. I have removed the main factor that I believe led up to this… Smoking. After this experience, I will never smoke or vape again. I have already made that promise to God and plan to fulfill it, as well as quitting my drinking habit. I want to be healthy again. Please pray for me to recover quickly and fully from this pain. Please pray that God heals me in full. I know God loves me and will heal me. Please pray with me. Pray that my abstinence from smoking & drinking will be easy, and that I will find comfort and solace in God alone. I have faith in my God and I pray that i can recover and be strong for Him. Pray for me. Amen.
God I lift this prayer up to you and ask that you heal vivi of inflammation and everything else that was asked. For you are a God that hears our prayers, so I ask that you pour out your mercies now. Thank you God, and I ask this in Jesus Name, Amen

Heavenly Father, I come before You in agreement with Vivi’s prayer. Lord, You see her pain, the tightness and spasms in her throat, the discomfort she has endured for over a week. I humbly ask that You lay Your healing hand upon her body and restore her to full health. Remove every pain, every sensation of choking, and bring comfort where there has been struggle.
Father, Vivi has chosen to turn away from smoking and drinking, and she has made this promise before You. Strengthen her to remain steadfast in this decision, and let Your Spirit be her comfort when temptations arise. Replace every unhealthy habit with Your peace, Your presence, and Your joy.

Heavenly Father
I am praying that vivi overcome her battle with trying to quit smoking and drinking as this is a heavy burden to carry by yourself. I pray you distract her and focus her mind on other tasks when she craves the addictions. I also ask for you to heal whatever is going on with her throat. Take away her anxieties and let her live a worrisome life I pray she becomes the most healthiest and happiness she’s been in years. In jesus’s name

Calm every spasm, remove every lump-like feeling, restore moisture and comfort, and bring complete healing to their throat and entire body.
Lord, thank You for the strength You have already given them to turn away from smoking and drinking. I pray You surround them with Your peace and power so that this new path of abstinence will be easier than they ever imagined. When cravings come, let Your presence be stronger. When fear or anxiety rises, let Your love cast it out. Fill every empty place with Your Holy Spirit, Your comfort, and Your joy.
Strengthen their faith, Lord. Let them feel Your nearness right now. Remind them that they are deeply loved, never forsaken, and that You are working healing and restoration in their life even in this very moment. We trust You completely and thank You in advance for a full recovery. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
Please don’t lose heart. The fact that you’ve turned away from smoking and drinking and are seeking God shows how much He is already at work in you. Healing can be a process, but God walks every step of it with you.
