Prayer for Matt

Dear God, I come to you begging to give Matt the reasonings and strength to fight his drug addiction. I pray that you get him to remember how smart he is, how important his life is, how he has family friends and myself who truly love him. I pray you get him to see through the deceptive reality that the drugs have created for him, forming paranoid and delusional ideas against the people who love him. I pray that his heart, the man he really is, can become stronger than the voice of the drugs and convince him to start fighting for himself. I pray that he can get clarity so that all the pain he’s living with while believing people who love him are against him goes away. I pray you can make him remember who he really is and what matters most in life to him. And above all, I pray you keep him safe and watch over him while he battles his addiction. In Jesus name I pray, Amen

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart full of hope and desperation, lifting up Matt into Your loving and healing hands. Lord, I beg You to give Matt the strength and clarity he needs to fight against his drug addiction. Help him remember who he truly is—a smart, loved, and valuable person, cherished by his family, friends, and by me. Break through the lies and the false realities that addiction has created in his mind, Lord, and allow him to see the truth: that he is deeply loved and not alone in this battle.

Father, strengthen his heart and remind him of the life he was meant to live, free from the chains of addiction. I pray that the man he truly is—the man You created him to be—will rise up stronger than the pull of the drugs. Give him the courage to start fighting for his life, his relationships, and his future. Let Your peace and love wash away the pain and confusion that addiction has caused him. Above all, Lord, keep him safe, and walk with him every step of the way as he seeks healing and recovery. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Father God, I know the struggles Matt is going through. I’ve been in his shoes. I am in his shoes. I bind up the evil that drugs wreak on a persons life. Father God give Matt the strength to say no to people who try to entice him with drugs.Help him to walk away and find a better life in you .I ask these things in your name. Amen.
