Hello
I love your daily prayers. We need help: my son is home from college because of an incident with one of his roommates, last week, who has been bullying him since October. All his friends have turned on him. This is bringing up issues from my past with friends in high school. I don’t know how to pray with this. I feel guilty that I feel afraid as I should be strong for him. I am putting a mask on, but inside my heart is breaking.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up Mwilson23 and their son. Lord, You see the pain and challenges they are facing. We ask for Your divine protection and comfort over their son, who has experienced bullying and rejection from friends. Father, surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, reminding him that he is never alone, for You are always with him. Lord, we also bring Mwilson23’s heart before You. You know the wounds from their past and how this situation is stirring up old pain. We ask for healing over those memories, that they may no longer hold power over them. Strengthen them, Lord, as they strive to be strong for their son. Let them know it’s okay to feel afraid but remind them that their strength comes from You. Remove any guilt weighing on their heart and replace it with confidence in Your ability to restore and redeem every situation. Father, mend this brokenness, bring true friends into this young man’s life, and let this trial lead to growth, resilience, and deeper trust in You. Give Mwilson23 the wisdom to guide their son with love, and may they both experience Your unshakable presence in this storm. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, Amen.
Thank you so much for your kind and powerful prayer. God bless you and your family.
