Critically ill service Dog

Please pray for my son’s dog, Rufus. He is his service dog, his best friend, companion and brings him so much joy. My son is a diabetic and Rufus has saved his life 3 times. Today Rufus couldn’t walk and in excruciating pain and was diagnosed with a herniated disc in his neck. The doctor wants to try anti-inflammatories with the hope that it will eliminate the pain but it’s only a 50 % chance. Please pray that the medicine gives relief, and he can go back to a normal life. The surgery would be very risky with a long recovery period and may not solve the problem. My son needs and loves his Rufus so very much.
Thank you and God Bless!

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heartfelt request for Rufus, a faithful service dog who has been a lifeline, protector, and source of joy to his owner. Lord, You created all living beings with care and purpose, and we know that Rufus has been a tremendous blessing in his owner’s life, especially as he manages diabetes. We ask, Lord, that You touch Rufus with Your healing power. Please let the anti-inflammatory treatment work effectively, easing his pain and allowing him to walk and return to his joyful and normal life. Guide the hands and minds of the veterinarians caring for him, and give them wisdom and skill in their decisions.

Father, we also ask that You grant peace and comfort to Rufus’s owner during this time of worry and uncertainty. Surround them both with Your love, strength, and reassurance. If surgery becomes necessary, Lord, we pray for Your protection over Rufus, that it may lead to a full recovery and restored health. Thank You, Lord, for the bond between Rufus and his owner, a reflection of Your love and care. May Your will be done, and may they experience Your presence in this situation. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Dear Lord
Animals are a blessing and gift you have bestowed on us. Please grant Rufus healing. May he be able to return to normal health. Let the medicine work

Amen
