Most of my coworkers left my former workplace, after i was gone from there, a few remain there, some tried , but the boss and company owner guilt tripped them, offered them a raise ect, promoses, they claim thry cany find other jobs this part maybe true, as many i know have hard times finding jobs, praying they can put out applucations, lay low, and dont fall for guilt trips ect
Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation to You. Please hear the heart of PurpleKat and their prayer. Lord, we ask that You guide and protect those coworkers who remain at the former workplace. Give them courage, wisdom, and discernment as they navigate difficult decisions. Provide open doors for new job opportunities and the strength to resist manipulation, guilt, or false promises. Bless them with peace, provision, and clarity. And for PurpleKat, continue to give them compassion and a prayerful heart for others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
