For my daughter to move on

Dear Lord, it’s been how many days since my daughter’s ex broke off their relationship. She’s been crying every single day, and all the more is she in pain now as she just found out that she’s been blocked. Please heal her Lord at this time. You know that she really loved the guy, and that all this happened because his mom didn’t like our daughter and “her family.” We know it will take some time for her to get over him, because everything was going smoothly until the guy’s mom had to do the rug pull. But it is what it is. I simply ask that You help speed up the healing and recovery process, please? It pains me to see her cry and frown all the time. Three breakups in a year is just too much, Lord! Please have mercy on her and bring back her smile soon. May she find true happiness not in another guy’s arms, but in Your love, Lord. And please reassure her that You are writing her love story with her future husband. In Jesus’ name, Amen

Dear Father, I come in agreement with this mom for peace of mind for her daughter, and that she is never alone. She may feel defeated, but she is not alone. Allow her to feel your presence and peace when she is overwhelmed and lonely. Sit with her Lord, so she may feel your presence in jesus name, Amen!

I’m so sorry to hear what your daughter and your family are going through. My heart truly goes out to you. I’m standing in prayer with you right now:

Heavenly Father, I lift up this precious daughter and her family to You. Lord, You see her pain, her tears, and the heaviness in her heart. Please wrap her in Your loving arms and comfort her in a way only You can. Heal every wound, every rejection, and every disappointment. Remind her that she is deeply loved, chosen, and valued by You.

Lord, where people have failed her, I ask that Your perfect love would step in and restore what is broken. Guard her heart and mind, and remove every lie of unworthiness or shame. Replace her sadness with Your joy and her anxiety with Your peace. May she find her true identity and happiness in You first.

I also pray for her future, Lord. Please guide her steps and protect her from relationships that are not from You. In Your perfect time, bring the godly husband You have chosen for her, a man who will love, honor, and cherish her, and whose family will embrace her as their own. Until then, strengthen her faith and help her trust that You are writing a beautiful love story for her life.

I’m praying that God will restore her smile, lift this heavy season, and turn her mourning into dancing. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Please know you are not alone, many of us here are praying for your daughter and for you as well.
