Mom and I have been going through much anxiety, stress, and torture from not hearing back from our attorney Brock Willeford regarding how Dad’s side of our family (including my sister who resides in Pennsylvania) will answer in response to what Mom and I are desiring which is a PEACEFUL resolution without going to court since last month on the 13th we got a summons to appear in court and Mom and I have gave our attorney all the evidence needed to counter-petition the false claims stated on the summons, and yesterday Mom received a do-not-reply email with the details of the court summoning for guardianship over me since I’m autistic and am 37 years of age and Mom has taken care of me my whole life and we have so much to look forward to but during the midst of all this turmoil we have heard absolutely NOTHING from our attorney and Mom even left a message for him yesterday on his answering machine. We are getting FED UP AND SICK OF LIVING LIKE THIS! WE NEED A PEACEFUL RESOLUTION AND WE DON’T WANT TO GO TO COURT! PLEASE PRAY FOR US!
