I want to share what God has done for me. At the end of 2024 ( Christmas Eve), I was diagnosed with Merkel cell carcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. I went through surgery, then 25 radiation treatments, and everything else I had to do. Some days I didn’t know what was coming next. There were moments of fear, moments of waiting, and moments when there was nothing to do except pray.
But God was with me every step of the way. He heard every prayer- my family’s and the prayers of others who stood with me. He carried me through the surgery, through the radiation, through the uncertainty, and through the long nights. And today I thank Him because my PET scan came back clear, and my recent CT showed no signs of tumor or metastasis. God is faithful.
If you’re going through something right now, please don’t stop praying. Ask others to pray for you too. God hears you. He knows exactly what you’re facing, and He hasn’t forgotten you. Hold on to Him. He is faithful.
