I’m asking for prayers for help with my manager who mistreats myself and the staff at our organization. He has lied on several staff and is vindictive affecting the well being and mental health of staff. He also denied an increase in my salary though I have done great work. Please lift me up in prayer to be able to deal with him in a Godly way and to also get an increase in salary and not be in a toxic work environment.
I thank you father because you said ask and you shall receive, I ask that you change the heart of this manager and guide him to be a just and kind person and for the overall environment of the workplace, work in the persons good and healthy state of mind, help the supervisors see the benefits of having happy employers, I ask you to touch the hearts of the supervisors, to give fair raises according to your will. in your son’s name, amen.
I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Working under a difficult and unjust manager can be incredibly heavy on your heart, mind, and even your body. I’m lifting you up in prayer:
Heavenly Father, I bring Your child before You right now. You see the mistreatment, the lies, the vindictiveness, and the toxic environment they are enduring at work. Lord, You are a God of justice, truth, and peace. I ask that You protect their mind, their heart, and their spirit from every attack and every unfair word spoken against them.
Give them wisdom to respond in a Christ-like and Godly way, not out of fear or anger, but with grace, clarity, and strength. Surround them with Your favor at work. Let those in authority see their true character, their faithfulness, and the excellence of their work.
I pray for breakthrough in their situation: open the door for a fair and timely increase in salary, and either transform their current workplace or lead them to a healthier, non-toxic environment where they are valued and respected. Silence every false accusation, expose what is hidden in darkness, and let Your justice and mercy prevail.
Fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding, remind them daily that they are loved, seen, and defended by You, and strengthen them to stand firm in faith. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.
