Please forgive me Lord for I have sinned.
You’re not defined by the moments you fell short. You’re defined by the fact that you keep turning back toward God. That’s what faith looks like in real life, not perfection, but direction.
Thank you, Lord, for this person, Your child. Holy Spirit, guide their thoughts, steps, and actions. Please place godly people and friends around them to support, uplift, and encourage them. Help them know deep in their heart that the only true way is through You.
Dear friend, thank you for sharing your heart so honestly. The very fact that you feel sorrow for your sins is a sign that God is already working in you. His Word says, “A broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise” (Psalm 51:17). You have not surprised Him or pushed Him away, He is still inviting you closer.
