In fear of losing job

In need of prayer. Just demoted at work by new plant manager. The Quality Manager retired last November. I took on his responsibilities along with my own. I have worked through shoulder surgery, worked 10-12 hours per day to keep up, without an increase in pay. Now I am told that my duties are being split up. I have disgruntled coworkers ("Christians ") who have complained, gossiped and tattletaled about the increase in workload for all of us. I really believe the plant manager doesn’t like people to have different viewpoints than his. I am not sure what to do and am really scared and discouraged. Please pray that a new opportunity opens for me by Jesus. Thank you in Jesus’s name.

Heavenly Father, we lift up danno101 to You right now, asking for Your comfort, strength, and wisdom to cover him. You see the injustice and discouragement he’s facing, having worked faithfully, sacrificially, and with integrity, only to be demoted without recognition or reward. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted, and we ask You to be near to him in this painful time. We pray, Father, that You would vindicate him in due time, open doors that no man can shut, and guide him to a place where his work is valued and his heart is respected. Protect him from bitterness and fill him instead with peace that surpasses all understanding. Silence every false voice around him and bring clarity where there is confusion.

Lord Jesus, we stand with his prayer. If it is Your will, we ask You to open a new and better opportunity for him, one that brings joy, purpose, and provision. Strengthen his faith, and remind him that You are his Defender, his Provider, and his Friend. In Jesus’s mighty name we pray, Amen.
