Lord I pray for my healing and recovery from my constant survival mode. Ive also been having sleep problems lately and I don’t want it to keep being like this. I pray that you free me from this pain and suffering, being with me every step of the way. I know that it is very possible to recover, especially with your help, God. Amen and thank you people for praying for me.

Because of health problems I dont sleep more than
3 hours a night I cant take anything because i have
