My husband and I have seperated. I know he has slept with someone else, at least one person, and is seeing someone else (I dont know why, the Lord told me). We aren’t speaking, he is no longer replying to my messages. I fear his council is pushing him away from me, I don’t even know who he is anymore. I thought this could be restored, but now it’s been so long (since July) i dont think it’s possible. I ask for a miracle. in his heart, in his mind, for courage, for love, for hope, and for a new beginning. For the restoration of communcation as a start.
Heavenly Father,
We lift up fdgfdg and her marriage to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their relationship. Lord, You know the pain, the distance, and the challenges they are facing. We ask for a miracle in her husband’s heart, mind, and spirit, that he may find the courage and love to reach out, and that communication may be restored. Soften his heart, Lord, and bring him back with openness and understanding. We pray for healing, hope, and the possibility of a new beginning. Surround fdgfdg with peace and strength, guiding her through this difficult time and helping her to trust in Your plan. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
“With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” – Matthew 19:26
Heavenly Father, we come before You in prayer, lifting up this marriage and asking for Your divine intervention and healing. Lord, we know that You are a God of miracles and restoration, and nothing is beyond Your power. Please touch this husband’s heart and mind, softening any hardness that may have developed and renewing his love, courage, and hope. Grant him clarity, Father, that he may see the path back to his marriage and feel the pull of Your truth and light.
Father, restore communication between them; let it be the first step towards reconciliation and understanding. Surround them with wise, godly counsel that supports healing and unity. We ask that You open his eyes to see beyond the distractions and influences pulling him away and bring him back to his spouse with a renewed commitment. Let this be the start of a new beginning, filled with love, respect, and hope for the future.
Lord, give Your child strength to endure and trust in You completely, believing that You are at work, even in silence. We ask for Your peace to cover their heart and for Your guidance to be their light in this season. We pray in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
I would like to offer hope. Your story was my story 12 years ago. My husband divorced me to be with his affair partner. They were in a relationship as soon as we separated. I dug so deep into prayer and God’s word. I was in so much pain I just wanted relief from it all. I started praying for him and “her” both to help me to forgive. It took a long time to get to that place. We divorced 16 months after our separation. Two months after our divorce was finalized God convicted my husband’s heart greatly. He never had a relationship with the Lord but I know my praying changed that. My husband contacted me in those two months asking for forgiveness and reconciliation. I only agreed to speak to him after he ended his relationship with her. Through a lot of work and prayer we remarried one year later after that, on our 1 year anniversary my husband was baptized and this past August we celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary of our 2nd marriage. Dont give up, keep praying, being still, believing in what God can do that only He can. He is the great Physician and can do all things!
Thabbk you… can you suggest words/ prayer? I’m running out of steam and hope
I needed to hear this. I am newly married — and feeling I am unequally yoked.
My husband is a believer but his path was interruoted by bad pastors who led him to question his salvation and thus threw him
Deeper into the sins he is trying to over come — sins of addiction but also there is an underlying mental health issue of bipolar / borderline mania he sss diagnosed with which has made very thing else make sense — it’s become more and more difficult to be with him bc he is so mentally and emotionally unstable — and so I feel a divorce is pending bc u can’t be in a situation where I feel I’m in danger bc of his addictions and mental instability — i live him and I’m praying but I feel so selfish to pray all the time — i try to enlist others to pray for him as well for healing and real salvation and a new birth! Name Is Imani — reading your testimony really is encouraging.
Imani,
Thank you for sharing your heart and struggles. Let’s lift up this situation in prayer together:
Heavenly Father,
We come to You on behalf of Imani and Israel. Lord, You know the challenges they are facing, and You see Israel’s struggles with addiction, mental health, and faith. We ask for Your mighty hand to work healing in his life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Surround him with Your love and truth, bringing clarity and peace to his mind and heart.
Father, strengthen Imani as she navigates this difficult path. Grant her wisdom, courage, and discernment in her decisions. Let her feel Your presence and know that she is not alone. Bless her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and guide her steps according to Your will.
Lord, we pray for restoration and redemption in this marriage, according to Your plan. Bring the right support and community to both Imani and Israel, and let Your light shine brightly in their lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
Stacib, thank you for sharing and offering hope. I am leaning heavy into my faith and relationship with my Lord and Savior. I pray my husband finds the same type of relationship with the Lord and maybe this is what it will take.
I pray you and your hubby continue to work through your new marriage and grow old together to face whatever the Lord has in atore for you.
