Please pray that my friend, Mike, whose word I have depended upon when he said repeatedly that he would bless me with the money to fix my car, would keep his word. He is the associate pastor of a church. If he wasn’t willing or couldn’t help me, he shouldn’t have promised me, as recently as two days ago that that he would. I depended on him, and now I am stuck. Without my car, I am in trouble.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this heartfelt plea from Your child. Lord, You see the burden they carry, the disappointment, the frustration, and the deep need for help. We ask that You move in Mike’s heart, reminding him of his word and stirring him to act with integrity and compassion. Father, if this door remains closed, we trust You will open another. You are our ultimate provider, our source of strength and hope. Please make a way for this car to be repaired, for transportation needs to be met, and for peace to fill this person’s heart. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
