Please pray for a neglected dog

Please pray for peace and comfort for a dog that is being neglected by his owner and my building. He sits in the house all day long inside of a cage, and this is a full grown adult dog. The owner works long hours and does not let him out to go to the bathroom. He treats him like a rat in a cage. I hear the dog cries sometimes from my apartment and he needs to go to the bathroom and he needs love. He’s going cage crazy.

I pray that he is rehomed to a responsible person and that in the meantime that he has peace and comfort Please pray for him.

Praying for this precious dog to receive peace, comfort, protection, and a loving rescue very soon. May God touch the heart of the owner, make a way for this dog to be rehomed into a safe and caring home, and surround him with mercy in this painful time.
