Prayer Request for My Son, Karl 
Please pray for my 15-year-old son, Karl, who is currently in juvenile detention and will be away from home for the next six months. As his mother, this has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, and my heart aches knowing that I cannot be there with him every day.
I ask for prayers for Karl’s protection, strength, and emotional healing during this difficult time. May God watch over him, keep him safe, guide his decisions, and surround him with positive influences. I pray that he uses this time to reflect, grow, and become the young man God created him to be.
Karl lost his father, Dean, and I believe he is still carrying a lot of grief and pain. Please pray that God comforts his heart, helps him through his loss, and reminds him that he is never alone. May he feel God’s presence even on the days when he feels lonely or discouraged.
Please also pray for me as his mother, that God gives me strength, peace, patience, and faith while we are apart. Help me trust in His plan, even when I do not understand it, and give me the courage to keep moving forward.
My greatest prayer is that Karl comes home safe, healthy, stronger, and ready for a fresh start. May this difficult chapter become a turning point in his life and not the story that defines his future.
Thank you for keeping Karl and our family in your prayers. I believe in the power of prayer, and I trust that God will continue to watch over my son. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
