After 43 years of marriage, my wife, Melanie, is divorcing me. She left me 18 months ago and moved to another state to be near our daughter. She will not talk to me at all. We have not spoken for over a year. I am broken and I am struggling with being all alone in our home that we lived in and raised our daughters in for 30 years. we pray for you and your wife to be reconciled as Jesus becomes the center of your relationship.That the Holy Spirit would just begin to continually tug at her heart for you to be closer than you ever have been before that His love for her would flow through you toward her and that his love for you would flow through her toward you in the mighty name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father, we lift up Doc and his heartache before You. We ask for Your loving touch upon him during this incredibly painful time. Father, please bring healing to his broken heart and guide him through the loneliness and sorrow that he is facing. We pray for Melanie, that You would soften her heart and open her to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Lord, may she feel Your presence and be led toward reconciliation, restoration, and healing in their marriage. Please grant both Doc and Melanie the strength, wisdom, and peace that come only from You. We pray for the power of Your Holy Spirit to move mightily in their lives and bring them back together in love, unity, and Your divine purpose. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
