Hello, I’m coming to you asking for prayer. I have been texting a guy who I really love he is a Christian and I think he’s so nice. I been lying to him because I thought that by telling the truth he wouldn’t like me. Now I think I may have lost his trust and he hates me. I am asking you to please pray for the both of us in a relationship and pray that he forgive me. Pray that I learn to be able to be honest and know he won’t hate me if I tell him the truth all the time. I’m so scared please help me. I love you all. Thank you
Heavenly Father, we lift up Sweetness and the situation she’s facing in this relationship. Lord, help her to be honest in all things, knowing that truth and love go hand in hand. Please soften the heart of the one she cares for, and bring healing, forgiveness, and understanding between them. Guide her to walk in integrity, trusting that being her authentic self is enough. Surround both of them with Your grace and restore trust where it has been broken. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” – 1 John 1:9
Heavenly Father, we come to You today on behalf of this dear person who is seeking Your guidance and forgiveness. Lord, You know the struggles of their heart, the love they have for this person, and the fear that has led them to lie. We ask, Lord, that You touch both of their hearts with Your peace, grace, and understanding. Bring healing to their relationship, and restore any trust that may have been broken.
We pray that this person finds the courage and wisdom to be honest in all things, trusting that truth is always the foundation of love and trust. Remind them that Your love casts out fear and that being truthful is a reflection of walking in Your light. Please guide the one they love to respond with forgiveness and compassion, allowing healing and reconciliation to take place. Strengthen their bond, Lord, so that they may build a relationship rooted in Christ, honesty, and mutual respect.
We also pray for Your presence to calm their heart, take away their fear, and let them know that they are loved and valued in Your sight, regardless of past mistakes. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.
