Please pray with me

I am a 61 year old Paraplegic. I currently live in my apartment alone. I have a 2 friends that come into my home to help me when they are available to assist with meal preparations, incontinence issues and daily activities to help me remain safely in my home. I worked in the nursing field for 35 years. I loved my job. I love helping and taking care of people. In my current condition I do the best that I can providing resources to help others while trying to figure my own situation out. I am the oldest of 11 siblings that live near me but they won’t help.It really hurts because I was the go to person for everyone until I got diagnosed with a rare disease called Transverse Myelitis. There is no cure for it. I have 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, 3 of them are adults and 2 great
grandchildren I can’t find a homehealth care agency who is willing to take my case through the state. I’m in dire need of help. I fear living in a facility because of severe abuse and neglect issues that I’ve endured when I had no other options but to live in rehab facilities. I’ve learned to trust and pray and lean on God for everything. One of the friends that do come into my home to help me is a true woman of faith. I’m more than blessed and thankful that God sends her my way. I feel just as grateful for my other friend that comes to help me. I’m in need of other prayer partners. Life is really challenging for me in this difficult place but I won’t let it destroy my faith in God because I know that he will never leave me nor forsake me. I thank you Sincerely for taking the time to hear my prayer request. Continue to give hope and bless the lives of others as you have done for me today in The Mighty name of Jesus. Amen and thank you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious soul, asking for Your strength, provision, and comfort. Lord, You see the challenges they face daily, from managing their health needs to coping with the absence of family support. We ask that You open doors for compassionate and reliable caregivers, guiding the right people and resources into their life. Lord, replace fear with peace, especially when facing the possibility of care facilities, and surround them with Your loving presence.

Thank You for the friends who have faithfully helped them, and we ask that You bless these friends abundantly for their kindness. Please renew this person’s spirit, reminding them daily that they are not alone. Strengthen their faith, grant them peace, and provide for every need according to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with the prayer request of this dear soul who has endured much but remains steadfast in their faith. Lord, You see their struggle as they navigate life as a paraplegic, diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis, and living with limited help. We thank You for the two friends who assist them, and we pray You continue to strengthen and bless those who offer their support. Father, we ask for divine provision of reliable home health care services, opening doors that seem closed, so they may live safely and with dignity in their home.

We also lift up their heartache over family, asking You to heal those relationships and surround them with loving and supportive people. Lord, You know the pain of past abuse and neglect they have faced in facilities. Please, in Your mercy, protect them from having to experience that again, and instead, bring compassionate care their way.

In their loneliness and need, may they feel Your presence. Grant them peace, hope, and a deeper connection to those who can pray with them, stand beside them, and uplift them. Let Your grace be sufficient in their weakness, and may Your strength shine through them as a testimony of Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen. God bless you, and may His comfort and provision surround you.
