God, I ask you to give this young man strength to get through all of his hardships at work and otherwise. I pray that you help Alan to overcome any mental health struggles he may be dealing with, and give him the resilience to push forward! God, I ask you to protect him from these bullies at work! Please do work in their hearts, and let them find peace so they no longer feel the need to bring others down. God protect and care for Alan. Amen.
