Pray the Lord God touch my husband things are out of my control

Lord God,

You know my heart completely—

“Before a word is on my tongue, You know it fully” (Psalm 139:4).

Father, there are things I can’t say to my husband right now,

because I don’t trust they will be received in the right spirit.

You saw what happened last night—

how I tried to share, and didn’t have his full attention,

how my words were turned around and I felt dismissed. Even acted he wasn’t listening

Yet even in this, Lord, I choose gratitude—

thank You for the hard work he does for our home I pray he invest more time caring about the things in our relationship too. Instead of isolating himself upstairs watching TV God you can do a far better job I can do in this marriage he is showing me he doesn’t care, and you see how this hurts me I pray you deal with him every minute of the day and deal with him like you did with Joseph in the night hours and I rebuke the enemy that’s trying tear us apart I cast him out and he must flee in Jesus name,

But Father, You are a God of truth and order,

and Your Word says,

“When He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide into all truth” (John 16:13).

So Holy Spirit, gently reveal truth to him.

Convict with love, not harshness.

Soften anything in him that is resistant or defensive.

Your Word says,

“I will remove the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh” (Ezekiel 36:26).

Lord, turn his heart toward me with understanding.

Teach him to listen with care,

to respond with love and respect,

just as it is written,

“Let each one of you love his wife… and let the wife see that she respects her husband” (Ephesians 5:33).

And Father, guard my heart too—

“Set a guard over my mouth, Lord” (Psalm 141:3),

so I speak with wisdom, not pain.

But thank You that I can bring everything to You.

“Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us” (Psalm 62:8).

So I pour it all out—every hurt, every frustration, every concern.

And I rest in this truth:

You hear me.

You see me.

And You are working, even when I don’t see it.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God help with your marriage and that you both find a way to communicate and that your husband not isolate himself and that he listens to your important words that you wish to share with him and he receives them gracefully and that you feel heard. In jesus’ name,

Amen :folded_hands:
