i am lost and have turned to alcohol. i want to be free of the alcohol and the desire for the alcohol. i also have been unemployed for 11 months now and i am financially strapped. i want to be close to God again and see the light that shines.
Heavenly Father, I bring before You Your child who feels lost and has turned to alcohol. Lord, hear their cry as they long to be free from alcohol and the desire for it. Break every chain of addiction and replace it with peace, strength, and wholeness in You.
Father, You know the pain of being unemployed for these past 11 months and the heavy financial struggles they face. Open doors of opportunity, provide for every need, and restore their hope. Most of all, Lord, draw them close to You again. Let them see the light of Your love and walk in Your presence daily. Surround them with Your grace and remind them that they are never alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
