I come here to humbly ask for prayers for my eyes. For the past 3 years I have been struggling with my eyes in which they hurt, get dark red, burn, or get blurred vision. Till this day they can’t find what is wrong with my eyes. They have ran all these tests and nothing. I thought it was my makeup but it doesn’t happen when I use it over the weekend. I believe it’s something in my office… maybe mold. I thought it was just me but a coworker explained that the previous bookkeepers struggled similar to what I am going through. On days off I’m fine… on days at work… I am dying with pain, swelling, or discomfort in my eyes. I just don’t know what else to do. I had some tests run today and I feel pain and light sensitivity. They said that nothing of what they found would be causing me this. He just redirected me to my optometrist. This would be the 7th doctor I’ve gone to and nothing seems to be getting better. So I need prayers. Prayers for the healing of my eyes and I feel I’m deteriorating because of the constant agony I’m going through. Please help. Thank you and may God bless you.

Remove anything in their environment or body that may be causing this affliction, and bring clarity, comfort, and relief. Give wisdom to every doctor and specialist involved, guiding them to the true cause so that proper help can finally come. Strengthen this person’s spirit as they walk through this trial, and surround them with Your peace that calms all fear. Father, we also pray that You lift their heart from discouragement and remind them that You are near, faithful, and mighty to heal. May Your presence cover them today and in the days ahead. Heavenly Father,
I lift up my sister who is suffering from ongoing pain, discomfort, and uncertainty regarding her eyes. Lord, You are the Healer and the Light in our darkness. Your word promises, “The Lord opens the eyes of the blind; the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down” (Psalm 146:8). Jesus, You showed compassion to those who were suffering and restored sight to the blind with a gentle touch:
“Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him.” (Matthew 20:34)
We ask for your healing hand upon her eyes right now. Remove the pain, the redness, the burning, and all discomfort. Please give wisdom to her and to the doctors. Protect her from anything in her environment or office that might be causing harm. Fill her with Your peace and hope, even when answers are slow to come. May her faith be strengthened and her spirit comforted, knowing “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)
