I’ve been abused my entire life , by those closest to me (my mother) . As well as various other incidents . I just want peace , in my life and complete healing ,. I don’t want to be abused any longer and had to cut my parent out until she gets help . But I want prayer as I mourn and grieve the things she did to me and the rejection I feel , I need prayer for peace and acceptance , I do not want to feel angry about what has happened as well

Good afternoon Ashira, can I tell you I took have been abused my entire life and at 45 years old now because of Jesus I am able to forgive those that abused me. It wasn’t easy and there are some days I try to figure out how I was able to but we know that Jesus is a miracle worker and we can’t understand every detail of how He works because He is master of all and His ways are not like our ways. He knows best so I pray today that you can find it in your heart to forgive them, and walk in your forgiveness everyday, I pray that God orders your steps in that forgiveness process because those are his instructions for us. I pray to God that you trust him to help you work through that process and I pray for them as well the abusers, that God helps them to realize the hurt and pain they have caused and ask for forgiveness as well I pray that your heart is released of bitterness and resentment and that you find that place of peace that you long for in Jesus name Amen. God bless you and I encourage you, take your time with yourself but pray to God about everything. Because in his timing He will turn things around. Everytime I thought of my abuse I would replace those thoughts with the Bible verse, Thou my father and mother forsake me, the Lord has received me. Psalm 27: 10-14
Heavenly Father, I lift up Ashiraaadonai to You today. You see the deep wounds caused by abuse and rejection, and You know the pain they carry in their heart. Lord, surround them with Your perfect peace, comfort, and healing. Help them as they grieve what was lost and mourn the hurt done to them. Guard them from anger and bitterness, and instead fill them with Your love, strength, and acceptance.
Father, I also pray their own prayer back to You: they long for peace in their life, for complete healing, and for freedom from abuse. They desire to let go of anger and find rest in You. Please honor that cry, Lord, and guide them step by step into wholeness. In Jesus’ name, Amen
