Prayer for Protection Against Calamities

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in humble supplication, seeking Your mercy and protection during these trying times. You are the Creator of heaven and earth, the One who calms the storm and brings peace to the troubled seas.

Lord, shield us from harm and danger as we face this calamity. Grant us strength and courage to withstand the trials ahead, and fill our hearts with hope and faith in Your divine will. We pray for the safety of our loved ones, our community, and all those who are affected.

In Your infinite wisdom and love, guide those who are working to bring relief and aid to those in need. May Your hand be upon them, giving them wisdom and compassion.

We place our trust in You, O God. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding fill our hearts, even in the midst of chaos. Protect us, Lord, and deliver us from all evil.

Father,
Remind us, when we are afraid, who You are. Yes, You can calm the storm, but You are also in it with us, should it come. Yes, You are the God of miracles. You can stop a storm in its tracks, God, and we pray that You will! Will You? Comfort us, God. Help us trust You when we have difficulty understanding what’s happening and why. Keep us safe, God. There have been so many destructive storms lately, God. We pray for Your protection.
