Can we pray that my will would be melted into God’s and that I will be given strength each day to withstand the temptation to fall back into addiction
Father God, thank You for this precious life and for the desire in their heart to be fully surrendered to You. I ask in Jesus’ name that You would gently melt their will into Yours, day by day. Where there is fear, bring Your peace. Where there is weakness, pour out Your strength. Where old patterns try to pull them back, surround them with Your protection and remind them who they are in You.
Lord, break every chain of addiction and fill every empty place with Your Holy Spirit. Give them the courage to reach out for help, the humility to be honest, and the perseverance to keep going even when it feels hard. Place the right people, resources, and support around them so they never feel alone in this battle. Let them sense Your presence in the quiet moments and hear Your voice calling them forward into freedom.
