I would appreciate prayers as I prepare to train two new employees in my unit, one beginning tomorrow and another next week. I’ve been feeling nervous because my last experience training someone was difficult and the employee did not complete training. I’m praying that this time will be a more positive experience for everyone involved. Please pray that I would have patience, wisdom, confidence, and a calm spirit, and that both new workers would learn well and succeed in their new roles. Thank you very much.
