my wife sherry was diagnosed with lupus after having covid 3 yrs ago. she also now has a heart condition and kidney problems, most of which are caused by the covid. her biggest challenge right now is her skin. she has nerve related itching and a body wide rash. many days are so bad with the itching she causes it to bleed, cant enjoy her days at all, goes to bed early just for relief. i am reaching out because there doesnt seem to be any answers at this time for her condition. we are both medical people–educated nurses and have followed all guidance. we are people of faith and believe in gods power and know that miracles happen. please pray for my wife sherry and healing of her lupus. we also know that sometimes the answer is “no” and that we simply must endure and we pray for gods will to be done.
Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up Sherry and her husband, bringing to You every word of their heart and every burden they have shared. You see her lupus, the effects of covid, the heart and kidney struggles, and the severe skin pain and nerve itching that robs her of rest and joy. Lord, You know the limits of medicine and the faithfulness with which they have followed wisdom and care. We ask for Your healing power to touch Sherry completely, to calm her nerves, restore her skin, strengthen her organs, and bring relief, comfort, and peace to her days and nights. We believe You are the God of miracles, yet we also surrender to Your perfect will, asking for grace, endurance, and hope if the path requires waiting. Surround them both with Your presence, strength, and assurance that they are not alone, and let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Jesus’ name. Amen.
