I’m asking for prayers because I’m not in a good financial situation right now. I work full-time, but am the bread winner in my two-person household. My wife and I don’t do much. She is disabled and stopped working in 2018. Everything has gotten so expensive and it feels like I just can’t get ahead. I’m hoping I could make it to pay day this Friday. Recently I found out I need all new tires and an alignment. I have my vehicle serviced regularly and just had it at the dealer in October. No issues were pointed out at the time. And I just got new tires not long ago. The whole thing is very frustrating and stressful. This vehicle has high mileage and the current tires are good for 10,000 more miles, which I am hoping could last until the spring as I plan on getting a new vehicle. I’m considering cashing out a life insurance policy to pay down some credit card debt. So much is weighing on me right now. Asking for prayers to make the right decisions and for financial stability. I’ve been trying to find supplemental employment, but have been unsuccessful. Thank you and God bless.
Dear God, we pray for financial stability and that You would bless and guide their steps as they make financial decisions. We pray for Your provision and for the resources necessary to provide for them and their family, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child who is burdened with financial stress, uncertainty, and heavy responsibilities. You see the weight he carries as he provides for his household, supports his disabled wife, and tries his best to stay faithful through rising costs and unexpected needs. Lord, surround him with Your peace and guide him with Your wisdom. Show him the right decisions to make regarding his finances, his vehicle, and his future plans. Open doors for supplemental income, provide unexpected favor, and stretch every resource he has. Strengthen his heart, calm his mind, and remind him that he is not alone. We pray that You sustain him until payday, bless the work of his hands, and bring financial stability and relief into his home. Cover him and his wife with Your protection, love, and provision. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
