Restoration of my relationship with my children

I am thankful for the opportunity to be a member of God’s family and to share in prayer and praise with my brother and sisters around the world. I am having a conflict with my daughter Kia - my 1st child. My attempt to encourage to a healthier lifestyle was met with upset. She now refuses to speak to me. It’s been several months. I also have a son, we are working on our communication.

My prayer request is for a Christ like spirit and attitude as the Lord teaches me to be a better parent and to become the person God needs me to be. I pray that my children would draw closer to God and be transformed in the process. I praise the Lord for surrounding me with people who have wisdom beyond my maturity. I am thankful for the gift of my two children Kia and Kory and the hard, even painful moments we have experienced. Lord please keep my eyes fixed on you as I walk through this valley.

I am also praying for financial restoration. With gratitude I praise God for the financial resources I have and ask that the Lord teaches me to be a good steward, especially during periods of lack. Blessings to everyone who will be praying for my family and I.

Heavenly Father, we lift up Marsha and her family to You. We pray for reconciliation between Marsha and her daughter, Kia, that You would soften their hearts and guide them toward forgiveness and understanding. Help Marsha continue to grow in wisdom, patience, and love as a parent, and may her children be drawn closer to You, transformed by Your love and grace. We also ask for financial restoration for Marsha and pray that You teach her to be a wise steward of the resources You have entrusted to her, even in times of scarcity. Thank You, Lord, for surrounding Marsha with wise counsel and for the gift of her children. Keep her eyes fixed on You as she walks through this valley, trusting in Your guidance and provision. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

Amen. Thank you for your thoughtful prayer.
