Dear brothers and sisters, please pray for my son David who’s incarcerated in Arizona awaiting sentencing on sexual offenses that he did not commit. He has filed a special petition to be reviewed by a three judge panel. They can agree with his presentation or not. The current judge gave him forty days to complete a request for a mitigation hearing with the psychologist who did his psychosexual evaluation.
Please pray for him to find favor and be exonerated of these charges.

Heavenly Father, we lift up David into Your loving hands. You see his situation, Lord, and You know the truth. We ask that You grant him favor before the judges, that his petition be heard with fairness, and that justice be served according to Your will. Strengthen him with peace and courage as he waits, and let Your presence surround him in every moment.
We also pray the request of dleone: that David may be exonerated of these charges, and that Your mercy and guidance cover him completely. Bless his family with comfort, hope, and unwavering faith in You. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
