My three sons have no interest in church or God. Brought up in the faith and as youngsters (ages 5-8), all three said they knew Jesus as their savior. Now, Luke, Joshua, and Samuel have walked away from the faith. Please pray that I don’t lose faith in God and that my three sons give their lives to Jesus!
Praying that God will give your heart rest in this matter and that the Holy Spirit will work in their lives to bring them to a true conversion of faith in Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heart burdened for Scott LaPoint and his three sons, Luke, Joshua, and Samuel. Lord, You are the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one that is lost. Scott has raised his children in the faith, and as they once declared You as their Savior, we pray now that You would draw them back to You with Your unfailing love. Father, touch Luke, Joshua, and Samuel’s hearts. Remove the distractions and barriers that keep them from hearing Your voice. Awaken in them a hunger for Your Word, a longing for Your presence, and a deep conviction of the truth of Your love and salvation. Call each of them by name, Lord, and restore their faith in You.
We also lift up Scott to You. Strengthen his faith and give him peace and assurance that You are working in his family, even when he cannot see it. Help him to be steadfast in prayer and trust in Your timing. Surround him with support and encouragement from fellow believers, reminding him that nothing is impossible for You. Thank You, Lord, for loving this family and for Your promise that when we train up a child in the way they should go, they will not depart from it when they are old. We stand in faith for the complete restoration of Luke, Joshua, and Samuel’s relationship with You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
