Pray that I will have enough root in myself and God to endure trials and tribulation without giving up and that I won’t let the cares of this world choke out the word. I’ve hit a sort of rock bottom in my recovery and walk with God and I’m scared I’m not going to make it to the other side of this. Pray for balance, moderation and self control for me because I do everything obsessively or not at all. Also pray I would have the faith and trust in myself and in God to continue to believe in His promises, and will make it out the other side. Pray I would have self love, self preservation, self respect, self esteem, and confidence in myself in God. I pray the same for all our brothers and sisters in Christ, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up this precious heart who is crying out for strength, endurance, and deeper roots in You. Lord, hear every word they have spoken and let their prayer rise before You like incense. Cover them with Your grace as they walk through trials, and remind them that even in their lowest place, You are holding them and guiding them. Grant them balance, moderation, and self-control, and break the cycle of extremes so they can walk in steady, Spirit-led freedom. Fill them with faith to trust You and confidence to believe they will make it through to the other side. Restore in them self-love, self-respect, self-esteem, and a healthy confidence that comes from knowing who they are in Christ. And Father, let these same blessings rest upon all our brothers and sisters in Christ. In Jesus name, amen.
