We lift up Annie and her urgent need to find a buyer for her house. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, that You bring the right buyer swiftly, someone who is ready and able to meet her needs. Grant her peace and assurance during this time, knowing that You are in control and can provide a miraculous breakthrough. Dear Fritz, thank you so much for your prayer. Just a little bit of feedback. The current sale of my house is supposed to go through because it is a legally binding contract. The buyer is stalling to make the payment because she is uncertain of a few things. She is slowing down the whole process. The contract is enforceable by South African law. We are trying to accommodate her by trying to find another buyer within the next two weeks, but the contract is still enforceable and legally binding. Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that Annie’s buyer will receive clarity and that she may have any questions answered that may make her hesitant on making payments on her purchase for the home. I pray that everything goes through in a timely manner and will take place during the two weeks needed before the legally binding contract is enforced.
